our servers were rebooted around 7:20 this morning. |

| Multiple Software Updates (5/16/2006 7:33:07 AM) |

| This weekend, starting May 19th around 8 pm, we will be updating multiple
software products on our server. The primary updates will be on the Mail
server and with the Helm control panel software. We will also be updating
versions 4 & 5 of PHP. MySQL 4 will be updated to the latest release
and we will also be adding the latest version of MySQL 5 to our windows web
hosting service. The final upgrade will be on the Sitebuilder software,
moving from version 2 to version 3. You may see short outages of any of
these products as we update. |

A critical patch for our mail server was released late yesterday which was
required to be installed. The patch was installed this morning and caused
a restart of the server. We appologize for not giving prior warning of
this, but the nature of the patch required immediate
attention. |

time.
02/08/2006 - On Saturday February 11th, 2006 around 8:00 pm
e.s.t we will be upgrading both our mail server and our billing
package. We do not expect the mail server to be down more than 30
minutes. The downtime for the billing system is expected to be around an
hour. |

| On 02/17/2006 between 10pm and 1 am BtN will be performing a memory upgrade
to their core router at the data center in Altanta. The expected downtime
is to be less than 15 minutes. BtN expects a substantial increase in
performance reliability with this upgrade. Because they are only one
of the carriers to the data center, this should effect very little the
traffic flow to our servers. |

| We will be offering a new service with every hosting plan, Site Builder.
Site Builder allows anyone to create a professional website. Three levels will be offered and will vary in number of templates and features. |

| We will be offering a DotNetNuke specific plan as one of our new hosting plans.
The DotNetNuke plan will have the same resources as our current $5 (Atlas) plan, but will have a SQL Server database instead of mysql.
We will also install and pre-configure the DotNetNuke software for your site. |

| In March, 2006 we will be offering 4 new hosting plans.
Our current $5 plan will still exist but will be renamed to Atlas.
The new plans will offer various disk and data transfer options, some will include SQL Server 2005 and multiple domains. |

| In March, 2006 we will be turning on our new SQL Server 2005 service.
New hosting plans will be made available or it may be added to a current service. |

| Scheduled Downtime - Dec 30, 2005 (12/12/2005 4:39:00 PM) |

| On December 30th, we will be performing numerous updates on our web servers.
This includes service patches and driver upgrades. Please expect some outages
for machine restarts between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm on this date.
We will also be moving all MySQL databases from this machine onto the new
database server. This is scheduled to happen on the 30th also, but may be after
5:00 pm. At that time we will be creating new dns entries that will give
internal and external access to MySQL. The goal will be to use only internal dns
names to access MySQL from any application on the server and the external dns
name if you are connecting with a desktop application. |

| In 2006 we will be adding the following services.
NET Framework 2.0 - Currently available on all servers.
SQL Server 2005 - We are proud to announce that we will be adding an add-on
service for SQL Server 2005. We are currently in the process of provisioning a
new server for just database connectivity. This server will contain both SQL
Server and our current MySQL database will be migrated to this server. Pricing
for SQL Server will be made available on our website.
Site Builder 2.0 - Site Builder is a complete website builder that has the
ability to create both personal and business oriented web sites. Site Builder
will be provided as a free service through the end of 2006.
DotNetNuke - We are currently investigating the inclusion of this
software.
We are awaiting new versions of both our billing software (ModernBill) and
our website control panel (HELM). We currently have few details on these
upgrades, but will make you aware of any important changes and implementation
schedules. |

| On 12/10/2005 we upgraded the version of Smarter Stats on our servers. This
upgrade included the upgrade to the new version 3.0 and to their enterprise
version. This combination gives you the best capability for statistics. Version
3.0 added many visual enhancements that make tracking you statistics better. The
Enterprise version allows you to create your own custom reports and give you the
ability to email any report.

| Downtime - Microsoft Patches (11/8/2005 8:21:00 AM) |

| Microsoft released 6 critial patches that affected all of thier products.
Of these patches MS05-041 http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/bulletin/MS05-041.mspx
was critical to be put on as soon as possible. At 7:00 am e.s.t today, all 6 of
these patches were applied. A reboot was necessary following installation of
these patches, downtime was generally under 2 minutes during the
reboot. |
